Set-Aside & Record Sealing Services

Tanner Law PLLC represents Arizona clients in set-aside and record-sealing petitions — exclusively. That focus means no divided attention, just experience in exactly the process you're facing. Not sure if you qualify? A consult costs you nothing but a conversation.

Who We Help

We help Arizona residents (and former residents with an Arizona conviction) who completed their sentence, probation, or parole and want the conviction set aside, want a qualifying conviction sealed, or aren’t sure which remedy applies to them.

What’s Included

A typical engagement includes a review of your case records to determine eligibility, preparation and filing of your petition with the appropriate Arizona court, handling communication with the court and prosecuting agency, and representation at any hearing, if one is required.

What This Doesn’t Cover

To keep this process fast and affordable, our representation is limited to the set-aside/sealing petition itself. We do not represent clients in the underlying criminal case, appeals, post-conviction relief proceedings, or other areas of law, but can offer guidance on where you can find representation for those matters.
