Meet Wade Tanner

Wade Tanner is the founder and attorney behind Arizona Record Relief, a service of Tanner Law, PLLC. Wade began his legal career as a deputy county attorney, prosecuting criminal cases and building a firsthand understanding of how courts and prosecutors evaluate criminal records. He later transitioned into criminal defense, spending time defending clients from charges in justice courts and superior courts throughout Arizona.

That experience on both sides of the courtroom shapes how Wade approaches every set-aside and record-sealing case, with a clear understanding of what courts and prosecutors look for and a genuine commitment to helping clients move forward from a past conviction.

Wade is licensed to practice law in Arizona, and Arizona Record Relief limits its practice to helping Arizona residents set aside eligible criminal convictions and seal qualifying records.
